The investor of Oriental Hospital wants to build a space for medical care and health rehabilitation for the elderly with a high-class resort facility operated by a Japanese team. The design turns the monotonous space of the nursing home into a warm, bright, pleasant space, creates a community living space for the elderly, suitable for Vietnamese culture.
