Situated in Viet Tri, Phu Tho - the central urban area of the Northern Midlands and Mountainous Provinces, Viet Tri is the center of political economy, science and technology of Phu Tho province. Furthermore, Viet Tri is the inaugural capital of Vietnam, serves as the historic site where the Hung kings established and safeguarded the nation.Therefore, the design mission aims to establish a new emblem for Viet Tri City, making significant contributions to its socio-economic development by thoroughly harnessing the potential of the land and lake, in harmony with the surrounding natural landscape. The ultimate goal is to create a comfortable living environment with top-notch amenities while maintaining a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.

北部ミッドランド地方と山岳地帯の中心市街地であるフートーのベトトリに建設されました。 ベト トリはフート省の政治、経済、科学、技術の中心地です。 さらに、ベトトリはベトナム人民の最初の首都でもあり、フン王が国を築き、守った場所でもあります。 したがって、プロジェクト設計の課題は、自然景観と組み合わされた土地と湖の景観を徹底的に活用するという基準に基づいて、社会経済発展に貢献するベトトリ市の新しいシンボルを作成することです。 そこから、環境に配慮しながら、最高級のアメニティを備えた快適な生活空間を創造します。
